(chuckles evilly) Heh....I am pretty certain that even a lousy Alpaca who fears nothing would be scared of a 10 mile plummet into jagged rocks face-first. (makes a note of that to try out later on on a Alpaca) Also, we could always grease you up so you could squeeze thru, but I'm not sure if there's any particular prey that has that certain oil to provide those means. Maybe a whale? Nah, I hate getting wet and I can't swim very well.

First off, she would probably just teleport out of the way or inflate her floof to dampen or completely deter the inevitable impalement. Secondly, I'm a BEAR (Friendly one at that), I think I could hold my own against a couple of predators trying to trap me. And thirdly, if you did use oil on me, I'd prefer if you use Johnson and Johnson Baby oil™ (Assuming I allow you to use it in the first place.)

I believe the oil part was responding to me.

You could steal what is known as "corn oil" from the ungulates. I know not what kind of creature "corn" is, but these ungulates seem to have no qualms crushing it down and using it's oils to cook delicacies. I assume your contemplation means that we are at an agreement, are we not?

Oh... my bad. But my points still stand. Also, corn oil is harvested from a horrifically bloated, oblong, yellow monstrosity, known as corn, that makes its dwellings in fertile soil and lures unsuspecting prey in with its tall, inviting green foliage.

That sounds like a terrifying monster... and not very appetizing. How did an ungulate realize that it's oils... actually, the less I know, the better. As long as I get out of the hold post-haste, I'll be able to work better as a representative, and more easily bend it's will to one of acceptance.

I'll say that'll probably work for most of the Paka clan, but their champion, Paprika paka is something else entirely... she honestly scares me... and would probably find the drop "fun"... I'm even worried that she'd somehow survive, as Zero had theorized earlier.

Corn, eh? (strokes beak with wing in thought) The Crow Mafia Don was squawking about that just the other day, seeing that they've begun searching around for food sources to destroy and partially consume. But yeah, I'll look into getting oil for ya and seeing just how tough this Champion is with a certain friend of mine that will scare this supposed champion out of her fluffy fur and onto a dinner plate. (flutters off to the Paka region)

But first you have to get through the Kanto, Johto, Sinnoh and Unova regions.

I have a much more, entertaining idea.

Let us tell her that this corn is food, and watch what will unfold. If the rumors are true, then we will have one less champion to care about. If they are not, then it will prove most fun to watch her tear something so weak to pieces, would it not?

Yes, it would. Watching her sink her teeth into its fleshy exterior, juices dripping down her chin, ripping and tearing what once was an adequate hunter into nothing but morsels for some unsuspecting, lucky, scavenger to feast upon. By consuming the beast she gains its powers, much like how I assume YOU came to power OC.

Me? Oh no. My story was very different. I heard the legend of their banishment, and I pursued it. What I found at the end changed me forever.

It seems the story must wait. I have an announcement.

The United Foenum Council, in the interest of keeping the peace, and saving ungulate lives, has been forced to allow your kind to freely hunt, kill, and eat the Giraffe tribe.

This applies for only the giraffe tribe, and any attacks on any of the smaller tribes will still count as an act of war. If the giraffe surrender to Cattlekind, then this contract is nullified.

So speaks the council.

Well, well, well. It seems that we've a fine opportunity to do that which we do best. And to do it while the whole of the council watches. So then, how shall we begin?

(OOC: I have no idea how this whole thing works, but let's toss some ideas around and see what we come up with, yea?)

Greeting, fellow hunters...

As you may have seen, victory was claimed on the field of battle, and we played a most ... important ... role. Though, the others are a bit, uninformed as to what exactly happened with our part. Seeing as how you may very well have been present to hunt our common foe (though who exactly was there, I am unsure for all was chaos once the battle began), I thought it would be good to ask what part you played in our victory...

(OOC: As you may have read in The United Foenum Council thread, a certain war with the Giraffe ended in victory for all involved, save of course the Giraffe (who lost terribly). We wish to write a lovely tale about this victory and, with your blessings, I would like to write about our part in it. But, if I am to do so, I wish to know how you guys (or your OCs) helped win the day. For myself, I led a small task force behind enimy lines and *ahem* removed some of the key commanders of the Giraffe army before the battle began (as well as picked up a recruit or two :D ). What did you guys do? Were you part of this strike team? Did you join the allied forces in the actual battle? Did you set fire to the sky and dance about on palm trees while sipping the tears of your enemies? Let me know! And if you're feeling particularly devious, feel free to tell me in a conversation ;) )

(flaps back in) Okay, back from the spitting colony of peaceniks. And I managed to get in enough coal to start with our first official BBQ of the slain Giraffe Commanders, though I may have also caused internal civil war within their ranks given their territory is now at risk of being taken from them. (Yawns) Ah, good times. Also working on getting bags of flour as well, though we'll be getting the first batch of corn soon to turn into the lubricant needed to squeeze some of our bigger predators out of the Hold.

Yeah, yeah, pfffffft....as if I was planning to cheat you out of a clean escape. If anything, it'll take my flock a bit to figure out how to create the oil and bottle it up for transport to the Hold. Apparently some annoying pigeons are starting to unionize for longer snack breaks and smaller nests for some reason. And technically, we predators are not 'darkness', the prey were the evil ones who locked us away for millennia and are trying to keep us trapped in that cramped space, remember?

Well, we WERE going to send you into, "The Void" but The Doctor said that it was currently filled with Daleks, so we had to resort to The Hold instead.

Ooh, ooh, of course we aren't agents of darkness... (starts hiding the Libro Sanguine Luxuriae, Blue the demon, and a badge that announces to the world that I'm part of the Darkside) Why did I go off thinking we're agents of darkness...

(preens feathers) Not particularly big chaos, mind you. Even as we speak, our forces are rapidly rebuilding our vast citadels and siege weapons, reclaiming territory yard by yard from those gutless grass munchers. And of course, we'll have something of a Daycare for the young that we managed to squeeze through the rift in the Hold so they'll grow up to be ferocious killers.

Lots, too much to explain, so I'll let OC do that :p
OOC: Oh gee, thanks! :p

Uh sorry I was away for quite long time, have happened something while I was absent?
It is good that you have returned. Yes, much has happened. As you know, a war between Ariz-totzka and giraffe broke out. Though, the dust of that conflict has not yet settled...

Beyond this, some new prey has joined the ranks of the Dark Side as well as the platter that is The United Foenum Council. Several leaders of the other factions have gone ... missing. Thus: leadership has shifted, and some have even changed their allegiance altogether. But we remain the same.

It is not in chaos our prey is made weak? That aside, continue your work. Who knows? Perhaps the day will come when we will need to lay siege!

(flaps right in with a bottle full of corn oil) Well, of course it's "ours". If anything, they're renting the land from us in exchange for resources or we start with taking their old and weak to lower their morale and gulp them down bones and all. So what's the issue? They assault you or something?

Not yet. Though I suspect they'll be coming soon to do just that. Feel like setting up some defenses? Or, would you rather...

(taps a button on a nearby wall) Well, the defenses are currently up and running now that we had time to build them. Let's see....makeshift tarpits that have cloaking magic to hide them, cauldrons filled with flesh-melting oil, launchable razor spikes along the walls, catapults loaded with boulders, flammable gunk, and caltrop bottles, sinkhole magic mines, wooden rooms and hallways that one can set ablaze without endangering the rest of the area, grass and flowers tainted by our toxins to ward off munchers, trapdoor cages, walls that launch darts with sleeping potions, you know, the old school stuff they don't know about given it's been thousands of years. Also, I've alerted our Apex Commanders to be ready in case we get invaded so they can keep the champions at bay. But sure, I'll transport whatever 'package' you have available along with a convoy battalion in case they chase us.

Good, good. Ever since the battle, I have been too injured to do much, and I fear I will be able to do little to help with the coming battle. Indeed, simply taunting the so-called council took much from me. That said, this payload is a rather, prime, selection. And don't worry about how fragile its contents are, they're rather soft and fluffy.

In the meantime, you may command the Apex Commanders as you wish awhile I am away. (snaps talon as the lights turn on, revealing 7 extremely deadly predators) May I present: Coil the Python (Llama), Duo the Liger (Cattle), Shedd the Dire Wolf (Sheep), Granite the Cockatrice (Unicorn), Vandal the Polar Bear (Unicorn), Tao the Qilin (Longma), and Vlad the chupacabra (that looks a lot like a dog than humanoid) (Goat). They'll follow all orders down to the letter, but their main objective is to seek out their opposite prey and destroy them. Select who you want for the war effort awhile I prep to deliver the package, with my flock carrying duplicate containers to confuse the enemy. So sure, just hand it over and I'll take it to wherever you want.

Excellent. Head to base Four. That should be a good place to store the cargo until it's ripe.
