Not sure of anyone can translate what's going on, but the folks playing it are super excited trying it out and showing it off to their rather large fanbase of subscribers. Perhaps they are also partaking in the Online EVO tournament?

That's pretty cool! Japan does like cute/"kawaii" stuff a lot so it makes sense. Besides, new game in EVO has everybody trying it out. They'll love the mechanics and fighting styles, too.

Gonna be tons of new people at EVO, watch out guys!

Unfortunately, this is Chinese, not Japanese. Still very cool that they enjoy it!

As a side note, we do have a pretty good amount of players in Japan that I know of! Hopefully the next time I'm back there I can hang out with some of them.

That looks like Taiwan, specifically. I know there's been at least some interest from there and from China. Taiwan, specifically, has a pretty sizable following for the cartoon which must not be named, as well as a big fighting game scene, so it stands to reason there'd be interest in their overlap, as well.
