Radiant Entertainment Joins Riot Games, Rising Thunder Shutting Down
It's sad to see Rising Thunder getting shut down
I actually really like the game, and thought it could have done really well with more characters & interesting skins.
That said, if Radiant takes the core ideas behind Rising Thunder for the new game they are now working on, and uses LoL's characters for it, then I could imagine it being a pretty good fighting game (lots of interesting characters with their own unique twists). Plus, having even a fraction of the LoL playerbase go to it would mean finding matches in like 30 seconds, which would be pretty awesome. It would also be cool to see the cast of RT as skins (Like Chel Orianna, or Talos Blitzcrank) or new champs in LoL (I would instabuy a Zibs as a champion without any shame).
Either way, I hope that the guys at Radiant the best with whatever they're working on now.
