One of the many fun things about reading a story (or playing a game to learn the story) is trying to guess what wild swerves the writers are going to throw at us.

So let's guess: What plot twists will TFH have?

Here's an idea: The Prophet did not use Light magic to banish the predators, but Dark Magic.

I wouldn't be surprised if in one of the endings involving a predator-like creature (so Pom's dogs or Tianhuo) had the creature locked in the magical realm with the rest of the predators. Most likely Pom's dogs, with Pom being fully (or mostly) independent when the time comes...

(Oh hey, long time no see Weaver...)

Plot twist! Pom is actually some reincarnated spirit of doom and will become the final-final boss of the game!
Or the predators were actually nice, but the herbivores attacked them because "they were different" and sealed them. And after a long time the predators became the monsters the others believed them to be. (monsters are made, not born)

Someone on in Foenum actually wants the predators to get out, and making foenum choose multiple fighting champions instead of one clear champion is part of their goal.

PLOT TWIST: It was all just a dream . . . Except for the part about Velvet being the best. Turns out that's still fact.

Here's an idea: The Prophet did not use Light magic to banish the predators, but Dark Magic.
Actually that sounds pretty legit. Could totally see that happening.

All the predators found a way to eat meat without needing to eat ungulates so all this problems that stemmed from this was all from the past. Therefore everyone can live in peace except for those predators who held onto past traditions anyways and avoid eating the meat substitute and go for meat of others those are the real enemies and the predators that adopted the meat substitute and the ungulates work together to take out the remaining predators that still hold onto the past. Making predators playable down the line..

In reality: This has been a fight over who stole the cookies from that one cookie jar that the predators used to share with us. We also have been suspecting each other, hence why we have sent representatives to fight and prove we couldn't have possibly done it. Why it ended up like this will forever be a mystery.

What if the predators want to apologize and throw a welcoming party to everyone but everyone in Foenum kicks them out because of their fear so the predators will try again in the sequel.

Dang. Lot of good ideas in here. Personally I'm with the folks who say the predators aren't the mindless baddies we assume. Not their fault they are born having to eat meat. I'm hoping for an ending involving the co-existence - peaceful or otherwise - of both sides.

Plot twist: The predators really had no way to get out of the Hold, all they can do is send their powerless, intangible spirits to frighten the ungulates... Now if someone was to get the key to the door of the hold in an attempt to strenghten the seal they would be able to use that to open the door. While the champion in possession of the key tries to use it the other ones will learn the truth and attempt to stop her. Arriving just a little bit too late...

And in the second season they have to deal with the predator invasion, with the possibility that some predators actually try to make peace and find another way of feeding and in the end only the really bad one get locked away again.

Now THIS would be a worthy twist indeed.

Do you know how totally awesome that plot twist would be? Because let me tell you, it'd be the best plot twist in gaming history!

Anticlimactic plot twist: Just as the player character is facing down the big bad for the final confrontation, Oleander's experiments in Dark Magic cause a complete collapse of the multiverse. This will manifest in our world as the binary data for the game being replaced on your hard drive with the repeated hexadecimal values DEADBEEF.

There more than one boss in the game (secret boss). There a few things each of the characters have to achieve before you unlock this new extended story mode & boss. There was a KEY KEEPER that eventually turned evil & too powerful, that was killed by the animals in Foenum. This evil Key Keeper spirit was banished to another dimension. The animals of Foenum made sure this evil Key Keeper spirit was not sent to the dimension where the Predators where banished to.

The evil key keeper was able to free it self from its dimensional prison from using the powers of the predators, the devourer, the animal of Foenum, the new key keeper & the enchanted key.
With this new power the evil key keeper resurrected it self with new bodies (Orochimaru, Pain, Nagato) , abilities , magic (white magic & black magic = grey area/grey magic) & transformations (SkullGirls Double fused with Bloody Marie) . The Evil key keeper is a threat to Foenum, the predators and all the other dimensions.
The evil key keeper can take many forms (male, female, non gender characters )(Steven Universe fusion).
You wouldn't know what type of character it will start of as until the announcer shouts "fight/battle/stamped" & the fight begins.
There would be evil key keeper transformations & powers are random in each battle (minimum random transformations would be 7 or 8 depending what other playable characters are added to the roster).
The evil key keeper could transform into living or dead friends, foe, rivals, characters they &/or their community looked up to, characters they read about, character they feared, family members of each of the characters to make each story mode boss fight unique for each playable character
