This question applies to successful, failed, and cancelled campaigns.

Examples Of Crowd Funded games include:
- Mighty Number 9
- Shen Mue 3
- Broken Age
- Star Citizen
- Shadows of the Eternals

This question is specifically for Kickstarter, Indiegogo, fig, etc video game funding only. And does not include the following:
- Patreon, Subbable (now part of Patreon), Paypal direct payments etc
- Video, audio, etc series about video games
- Videogame consoles (e.g Ouya and Coleco Chameleon)
- Videogame peripherals
- Funding only for future DLC, expansion, etc campaigns (e.g Skullgirls DLC character)
- Investments into video game related companies (e.g. fig investment into the company during Psychonauts 2 campaign)
- Purchase of stocks/shares of companies
- Forming your own Game Company
- Direct Investments into Companies
- Financing a company through Loans etc
- Early Access to Alpha/ Beta games (e.g. Minecraft, Darkest Dungeon)
- Pre-orders to games already fully funded
- Funding for Game Jams
- Funding for Conferences
- And whatever restrictions I can come up with

Yeah, i backed Yooka-Laylee. At one point i pledged for the N64 Cartridge tier, but it was way too much (£340 or something?), so i dropped down to the signed physical edition tier (I think £140?)

TFH is the first crowd-sourced project I have back, and I'll admit I only jumped in when the goal was met. (I didn't want to make an account just to have to wait for the next campaign)

Nope, this is my first time, although I am broke as hell most of the time so I can't really crowdfund anything

I helped War for the Overworld Team make their game which is now on Steam and is going into stores soon. I think if a company cares about making a great product other then money than I will help them. I think Mane 6 will do great things.

More than a few, less than 'all the time bro'. I chose the more conservative option of the lot.

Kickstarter
Last Year - 5v1 Multiplayer Survival Horror game
Red Goddess - Inner World
Hover: Revolt of Gamers
Shiness
The Long Dark
Mighty No. 9
Project Phoenix
Soul Saga
A Hat in Time
Among the Sleep
Chasm
Torment: Tides of Numeria
Akaneiro: Demon Hunters
Project Eternity
Moon Intern
Project Giana (Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams)
Castle Story
Dead State
Grim Dawn
The Banner Saga
Wasteland 2
Guncraft
Lifeless Planet (My first backed project)

IndieGoGo
Keep Skullgirls Growing
Them's Fightin' Herds (duhhh)

Other
Project Cars
Starbound
Interstellar Marines (Failed on Kickstarter, but they successfully crowdfunded on their own)

Failed Pledges:
OZOMBIE Action Adventure
Reflex
Shaker
Wildman
Police Warfare
Project Awakened - I backed this several times. I think it was on Kickstarter, then on its own site, and it failed to meet the goal both times.

These don't count non-game projects of course, by the terms of the thread. You could probably add another 10 or dozen or so, if you counted non-gaming crowdfunds.

Just Yooka-Laylee and Skullgirls DLC.

So far I am 100% satisfied with that.

Nope. TFH is my first time supporting a video game campaign.

I usually avoid things like crowdfunding and early access games. TFH was an exception because it was something I've been wanting to see finished since FiM back in early 2011. I was also going to fund Indivicible but was out of money at the time.
