As a note, I've started playing it myself, and I've gotten two endings thus far.

I've already played both the original and the sequel, and bore witness to the sheer amazingness of Okosan! I really enjoyed the game, especially Nageki and Okosan. I'd recommend doing the doctor's route first.

Though the second game is weaker, since it doesn't really have any of the dating sim elements and is really more like a bunch of one-off stories than a fully flowing narrative, though the chapters are kind of connected (emphasis on "kind of")

And I've heard there's a third in development using bird pictures that the fans sent in, but I have no idea how far along it is or any kind of tentative release date.

OK I never really played the game but I saw a play through of it, and I f***ing LOVED IT, THE SILLYNESS OF IT ALL MADE IT A JOY TO WATCH AND ALL THE ENDINGS, except the doctor, ARE SO TOUCHING.
