So what are your favorite games to come from Indie devs?
For me it's:
Gunman Clive 1 and 2
Undertale

Oh I forgot to include that one, that game was outstanding.Dust: An Elysian Tail. Like, I don't think I'm even able to consider anything else.
I for some reason forgot to include Shovel Knight, but yeah that is an awesome gameShovel Knight. Original and Plague of Shadows. So much fun. Can't wait for the Specter Knight mode.
Freedom Planet too. It's Sonic-y, and I like that.
Undertale was nice too. Having a non-combat option to end battles with (outside of run away) was kind of well-handled, but the combat mostly bored me (if only any of the enemies were halfway as enjoyable as Papyrus/Undyne/Muffet/Mettaton, those were actually really fun). I stopped when all the monsters started initiating battles to talk to me, but I liked it outside of the gameplay.
How the heck did I forget about Dust? I feel ashamed now.Dust: An Elysian Tail. Like, I don't think I'm even able to consider anything else.
This is the first Indie game I really cared much about and payed any attention to.Dust: An Elysian Tail. Like, I don't think I'm even able to consider anything else.
Defintiely, they have some of the most gorgeous art direction in recent gamesI guess Bastion or Transistor.
All great indie games, I agreeUndertale, audiosurf, dust the elusian tail (prob spelled that wrong), ori and the blind forest, shovel knight, cave story...to name a few...
I've heard many good things about Kerbal, although it does seem a bit priceyKerbal Space Program, full stop.
Best indie game! In my opinion ofc
