Are there pegasi?

Because in the book of lore, it says that Longma are the only ones with wings, but you can see what appear to be pegasi NPCs in the stage backgrounds. Are those not pegasi or is the lore just wrong?

The vast majority of background characters on stages are those from the crowdfund process, they are characters that people asked to have put in. Those characters aren't canon to the lore.
