These are charge moves. They require you to hold the first input and press the second one after a short duration. So to get Pap's cartwheel you need to hold back for like 1.5 seconds (don't quote me on the amount of time, i'm not a beta backer...) and then press forward and one of the attack...

I might play a little bit of all characters, to get to know the moves, but my Paprika grind is gonna be real!!

I was so down for the 22nd, the early access tag on Steam confused me. Thanks for the clarification. Hopefully this goes in sooner than later! Can't wait to join you guys!
