Reverted a change that unintentionally affected special move input leniency.
Fixed a bug that forced the training dummy to always block after enabling and then disabling AI, regardless of the Blocking setting.

This, among other reasons, is why Tianhuo's flight was changed this last patch. It should be significantly harder for Tianhuo to not only avoid ranged attacks that control air space, but for her to just fly over the entire screen entirely and get in effortlessly.

It used to. It was nerfed because it was too strong. Ropes stay active for quite a few frames; they have to in order to function properly. Because of that, and the way jump arcs work, they would catch people on the way down from jumps, effectively punishing them for making the correct...
Have you talked to other players and asked for help in the matchup? I'm fairly certain that most people would not say it's anywhere near that bad, and could probably give you tips to make it much easier on yourself.
